The reasons why Swansea is a great area to invest and is performing so well are shown in the video below...

1. Land Morriston - £100,000 - Lease Option Available Subject To Planning Permission

The unit measures approximately 100ft wide x 82ft (30.5m x 25m) deep with the overall site measuring approximately 131ft (40m) deep with a frontage of 98.5ft (30m), narrowing to 82ft (25m), and is in need of complete refurbishment.
