Financial Information
This is a hands off opportunity, the fee is £6,000 and the returns are £12,000 over 3 years with the initial £6,000 returned after 12 months. Lifesize Property Solutions will manage and operate the unit on your behalf and generate the returns from the property.
Downside
The apartment is rented and there are some foreseeable issues:
Apartment becomes unusable due to fire, accidents, act of god etc. If this happens we will pause the agreement, find another suitable apartment then restart from where we were with no losses to either party except the time taken to recover the issue.
Something that affects the use of the apartment such as the tenancy ending / a tenancy issue / a neighbour issue. We arrange suitable long term agreements with our landlord partners to negate the risks of this occurring, should it occur, again, we will pause the agreement, find a new solution and restart it.
The apartment doesn't make enough profit. Should the apartment for any reason not make enough profit to pay you back in full in 12 months then you shall receive 100% of the net profit (after all costs such as cleaning fees etc) until your initial spend is paid back in full.
